Michael has a B.A. degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge (1976).  He received his J.D. from the University of La Verne in 1980, graduating at the top of his class.  He was admitted to practice law in California in May, 1981, and in Arizona in 1997.  His practice emphasis is in real estate, business, employment, construction defect, professional liability and general torts.  He has acted as an Arbitrator for the Ventura County Superior Court, and, as a trial attorney, has tried over 100 cases to conclusion.
