Yashpal received his Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of California, Irvine and his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.  Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a prosecutor in Kern County where he tried multiple cases to jury verdicts. He has also negotiated pretrial resolutions in thousands of cases.  While working for Kern County he was in court on a daily basis and has written and argued hundreds of motions.   Prior to Kern County he was also a prosecutor in Nevada County. Before becoming a prosecutor, Yashpal was a law clerk at an employment, construction defect and products liability defense firm in downtown Los Angeles.
