4/5/2019: Bob Morris successfully argues a case of first impression with national significance in employment law before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

A 1982 graduate of Loyola Law School, Bob has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts. Bob’s practice emphasizes the research, analysis and preparation of insurance coverage opinions as well as the handling of insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Bob has provided numerous coverage analyses under a wide range of insurance policies including commercial general liability, homeowners, commercial property, directors and officers, professional liability, motor truck cargo and automobile. Bob has represented a large and diverse clientele in many areas of law including insurance, business, employment, construction, real estate, municipal, entertainment, commercial, intellectual property, community association, partnerships, professional liability and personal injury law. Bob has sat as a Judge Pro Tem for the Los Angeles Municipal Court. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California. .
