Dave made the Dean’s List and graduated from San Diego State University in 1982.  He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with an English Minor.  He completed the American Bar Association accredited Lawyer’s Assistant Program at the University of San Diego in 1988.  Dave has worked in the legal field since 1987.  He has extensive civil litigation experience developing and preparing cases through trial, including plaintiff and defense work in construction defect, personal injury and other legal areas.
