Rachael graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.A. in economics. She obtained her JD from Pepperdine University, where she received a Dean’s Merit Scholarship. Rachael practices civil litigation with an emphasis in employment law. She is knowledgeable and experienced in the areas of wrongful termination; discrimination; harassment; retaliation; unfair business practices; wage and hour claims; class actions; and representative PAGA claims, as well as general civil defense. She has worked on matters before both the state and federal courts and those filed in the arbitration forum.
